We are selling New & Used Firearms, Pistols, Rifles & Shotguns, Ammunitions, Optics, and Accessories. We also handle Safe Keeping Storage, Deceased Estates, Transfers Person to Person & Interstate. We operate within the state and federal laws of Australia. We do not ship items overseas, we do not accept international orders.

To purchase from us you will need to provide proof of
- Age, must be over 18 year’s of age
- Provision of firearm’s license
All requirements of the Weapons Act 1990 have to be satisfied, and goods must be paid for in full before the firearm can be passed to the purchaser. You agree to provide current, accurate account information for all purchases made with Page One Firearms. If requested by law enforcement our records will be made available to police. We reserve the right to refuse service, for any reason at any time.
If you don’t have a firearm’s license we can assist you with the necessary steps to go through that process.
*Prices are in Australian Dollars, include GST and exclude delivery costs. We do our best to keep our product detail and pricing information up to date, however, all prices are subject to change, without notice and are not guaranteed.
Warranty, Returns & Refunds
Warranty terms vary, and refunds/returns must be within 15 days. Information is provided upon purchase. We do everything we can to provide exceptional customer service, and to ensure that the products that you order reach you in perfect condition, and that products are accurately shown and described on our website. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns upon the receipt of goods, so we can evaluate the situation. Please note that certain items cannot be returned.
There are laws around the secure postage of firearms and ammunition so it is essential that you contact us first to discuss any concerns regarding the order you have placed, and/or received. Any agreed returns will be at the customers expense. We use Australia Post, with the option for registered and express postage Australia wide.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Page One Firearms and its owner, employees, subcontractors and suppliers from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising or resulting from your breach or violation of these Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the laws of Australia.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you when we have received, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
